Dispatch Time & Tracking:

Once order is placed, systems are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri), ready to go PCs are usually marked as "dispatches same days" if order is placed before 12 noon.

We strive our best to dispatch the PCs ASAP but it is an estimate only. Some factors are beyond our control like courier circumstances, natural events, peak seasons, i.e. Nov, Dec and Jan, thus the dispatched time may exceed the original estimate.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a notification with a tracking number that allows you to monitor your delivery's progress to your door. 

Shipping Lead Time:

We are based in the heart of Melbourne, Victoria. AusPost can take up to 2 to 3 business days to deliver within same state and 5 to 7 business days for interstate but usually delivery process is quite faster and usually doesn't exceed 10 business days except in exceptional circumstances.

Pick up Info:

If you have opted pick up option then we will contact you via your email or contact number when the system is ready for pick up.

Ready to Go PCs are available for same day pick up but we will contact you first to make arrangements.
